When will my order ship?

The Cúrate at Home team ships packages five days a week, Monday through Friday. Orders containing food that requires ice packs ship Monday – Wednesday to so that it is not in transit over the weekend. If you are ordering fresh food on a Wednesday and hope to receive it before the weekend, please select Next Day Air.

In general, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and note that delivery times are not guaranteed by carriers. If you are ordering for a special occasion or date, we recommend including that information in your order notes, and allowing an extra day or two in case of carrier delays.

What is the return policy?

Cúrate is on a mission to create exceptional and experiential access to Spanish culture. If your experience with products from Cúrate at Home isn’t exceptional, we want to hear about it! While we aren’t able to offer returns or exchanges on perishable products, we will work with you to find a resolution.

How are frozen items shipped?

Frozen items are shipped with ice packs and insulation to keep them cold. It’s normal for these items to thaw slightly during transit. Upon arrival, either continue thawing in the refrigerator and cook within 5 days, or return to the freezer to enjoy later. Most items store well in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Do you provide services such as custom group or corporate orders?

We certainly do! With delicious culinary experiences, nationwide shipping, and professional support, the Cúrate crew loves to send creative, personalized, and authentically Spanish gifts to help appreciate, incentivize, and celebrate your employees, clients, and partners! How do I properly dispose of the packaging?

We strive to provide the highest quality and sustainable packaging. The Green Cell Foam insides some of our packages is environmentally sustainable, made from US-grown corn. It is certified compostable in backyard and industrial facilities, and can even be dissolved in a sink for safe and easy disposal. This unique material combines exceptional cushioning and thermal insulating protection.

Are your products and packaging maintaining sustainability standards?

All of our house made products are made from sustainably sourced products, using local or regional producers when possible. Sustainability is important to our company, and we are constantly updating and searching for products and producers that share our values and standards.
