All made in-house by Cúrate’s charcuterie team from high-quality, local Carolina whole hogs. The fresh sausage includes butifarra, a traditional Catalan-style sausage; fresh Chorizo, the iconic spicy Spanish sausage; chistorra, in the Basque style; and Morcilla Casera, or blood sausage. Spreadable sobrasada and dry cured salchichón and chorizo are true-to-tradition, made with carefully sourced local and regional pork.
