Aneto Squid Ink Paella Base


A favorite pantry item of Chef Katie Button, this squid ink paella base can be used to make signature Spanish dishes such as the ‘Arroz Caldoso.’ Like the traditional seafood paella base from Aneto, this broth is seasoned with vegetables, sea salt, garlic and real Spanish saffron, but the addition of the squid ink adds both distinct flavor and the classic black coloring.
