Drunken Goat Cheese
A mini cut of fruity semi-soft goat cheese soaked in wine. Our producer uses the traditional wine of the region, Doble Pasta, which is made from the Monastrell grape. Drunken Goat is mild and smooth, with a touch of fruitiness in the finish from the wine. As with many other Spanish cheeses, Queso de Murcia is often eaten with beer or wine or as a part of meal with fruits & nuts – also a perfect addition to any charcuterie board.
