Rodaballo (turbot) is a beautiful Spanish white fish with firm flakey flesh and that cooks equally well in the pan, oven, or grill. We recommend searing the filet skin side down and serveing over blistered tomatoes or herbs! Alternatively, you can grill with olive oil and drizzle lemon juice over the filet.
