O-Med Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This premium extra virgin olive oil from O-Med was awarded the ‘Best Olive Oil in Spain 2020’ by the Minister of Agriculture in a blind tasting. Since Spain produces over half of the olive oil available around the world, it is safe to say that the competition was steep. The aroma is categorized as medium fruitiness, but with earthy notes on the palate and hints of pepper on the finish there is no better word to describe this olive oil than well-balanced. Recommended uses include finishing off meat dishes, drizzling over full bodied cheeses, or adding to cold soups like vichyssoise or gazpacho!
